🔐 Registering for the Portal

Gaining access to the DS Portal is a two-step process: account registration and organisational association.

Step 1: Account Details

On the login page, click Register. You will be required to supply your Full Name, Email Address, and Telephone Number. Once entered, click the final Register button to create your profile.

🏢 Organisational Association

The system uses your email domain to link you to your place of work. This determines what data and modules you can see.

Automatic Association

If you use an email address that is specifically registered against an organisation in our database, you will be automatically associated with that unit upon registration.

Generic Email Domains

If your email address uses a generic domain (e.g., gmail.com), the system cannot automatically link you. In this case, you must either contact us via the delegatedservices.org contact form or speak to your organisation's Key Contact to be manually associated.

Who is my Key Contact? This is usually the Headteacher, Business Manager, Site Manager, or Office Manager. Once you are associated with the organisation, your Key Contact can assign the necessary roles (e.g., Visit Leader or EVC) for you to use the portal modules.
